When you sign up for Lettie we collect your name and email address via Google sign-in. We also store your rental search preferences and swipe history so our AI can learn what you like.

We use your data to operate the Lettie service: monitoring property listings, scoring them against your preferences, and sending enquiry emails on your behalf from a Lettie-managed address. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data storage

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
