1. The service

Lettie is an AI-powered rental search assistant that monitors property listings, learns your preferences, and sends enquiry emails on your behalf from a Lettie-managed email address. By using Lettie you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Google account to use Lettie. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Fair use

You agree not to use Lettie to send spam, harassing messages, or any communication that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.

4. No guarantees

Lettie is a tool to help with your rental search. We do not guarantee that you will secure a property, receive responses from agents, or that listings will be accurate. Property availability and agent responses are outside our control.

5. Payments and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lettie and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
